Returns

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

We only supply to business customers.
The following conditions apply to returns and complaints.

Check upon receipt

We request that you check the goods immediately upon receipt for:

  • Transport damage

  • Numbers

  • Visible defects

Any deviations must be noted immediately on the consignment note.

Complaints period

Complaints must be reported in writing within 10 days of receipt of the goods.

After this period, complaints will no longer be considered.

Return Policy

Returns will only be accepted with prior written authorization.

Goods must be:

  • To be unused and undamaged

  • To be returned in original packaging

  • To be packaged correctly to prevent transport damage

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusions

Specially ordered items, custom work, and container orders cannot be returned.

Handling

After assessing the return, if justified, the following steps will be taken:

  • Replacement of the product
    or

  • Credit note
